Office of Academic Labor Relations
The Office of Academic Labor Relations administers the collective agreements between the university and the Rutgers Council of AAUP Chapters, AAUP-AFT, the union that represents Rutgers faculty members, teaching and graduate assistants, and part-time lecturers.
