Faculty Compensation Program (FCP)

The Faculty Compensation Program (FCP) provides for enhanced awards that may be awarded to FCP-eligible faculty who are members of the AAUP-AFT and have demonstrated recent and continuing excellence or whose current compensation warrants special consideration based on specific criteria as outlined in the university’s contract with the AAUP-AFT.

The program announcement, guidelines, and other resources are provided below to assist you with the implementation of this year’s program.
