Change In Status - Ten-Month (AY) to Twelve-Month (CY)
Retirement Plans
You will have payroll deductions in the months of July and August.
Life Insurance
Members of the Public Employee's Retirement System will have payroll deductions in July and August for contributory life insurance.
Optional Long Term Disability Plan for PERS/PFRS members
You will have payroll deductions in the months of July and August.
Health Plans
- You will have payroll deductions in July and August for those plans with employee contributions.
- The Vision Care Plan continues in July and August.
Paid Time Off
When a 10-month staff member’s employment changes to 12-months, existing Administrative Leave, Personal Holidays, Vacation and Sick days are not changed, however, paid-time-off is accrued during the months of July and August.
