Internal/External Candidates

Recruitment of qualified external and internal candidates for a vacant position is conducted concurrently through the postings on the internet. Applicants indicate on the application as to whether they are internal or external candidates. Casual and temporary employees shall be considered external applicants and may not be appointed to a vacant position without posting the vacancy.

To be eligible to apply for a vacant position, regularly appointed employees must have been employed in their current position for at least six months.
