Internet advertising has become an acceptable medium in which to announce employment opportunities. The web has the ability to reach prospective applicants world wide at a significantly reduced cost in comparison to printed advertisements. University Human Resources and the Office of Employment Equity (OEE) supports this form of advertising and as a result has developed a listing of recruitment web sites for the purpose of attracting qualified members of protected groups.
We encourage hiring authorities to utilize these web sites as a good faith effort to obtain a diverse applicant pool. We acknowledge this listing does not represent all the recruitment web sites that exist and welcome being informed of additional web sites that hiring authorities may become aware of.

COLLEGE RECRUITER EMPLOYMENT SITE
This site is open to students and graduates for resume posting and job
searching. The site is searchable
by location and category. Categories
range from Accounting to Telecommunications.
Full-time and part-time jobs are accepted for posting.
