Individuals with Disabilities and Protected Veterans
As a federal contractor, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is required to monitor the number of employees who have a disability or are protected veterans. If you are an individual with a disability, disabled veteran or other protected veteran, please inform the university by completing and returning the Self-Identification Form to the Office of Employment Equity. You may complete the Form now or at any time during your employment at Rutgers. Submission of the Form is voluntary and non-submission will not influence employment decisions. The Office of Employment Equity is gathering the information requested on the Form in order to comply with federal recordkeeping requirements and to assist us in developing and monitoring the university’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action program.
