  1. I have enrolled in a course, but can’t attend. What should I do?

    You should withdraw from the course by going to your workshop schedule. You can then re-enroll in the course at a more convenient time.

  2. I am interested in some of the ITCP courses, but not all. What should I do?

    You can enroll in the courses, as you would any other workshop, but not pursue the certificate. If you choose, you can enroll in the certificate program later.

  3. I am scheduled to attend a course before the prerequisite course. Is that ok?

    No. We will check to ensure that prerequisites have been completed before you participate in a course that has a prerequisite. You will be asked to withdraw from the course and re-enroll after you have completed the prerequisite course.

  4. I want to take a course, but it’s closed out. Is there a waiting list?

    No. We do not keep waiting lists for classes. You can check our online calendar to see if individuals have dropped out of a class, therefore, allowing seats to open up.

  5. I completed a course, but I want more information on a specific topic. What should I do?

    There may be additional information in another foundation course or elective course. Contact the Professional Development Program to assist you in identifying course content and possible classes that will meet your needs.

  6. I’m in the ITCP program, but don’t think I can finish in 18 months. What should I do?

    The program is designed for employees to take courses throughout an 18-month period. If work priorities or personal circumstances prevented you from doing so, please contact the Professional Development Program at 732/445-8077.
