Workshop Cancellations

Is a workshop cancelled? Call 732-932-3020, ext. 4070 to check.

In case of inclement weather, the following will occur for workshops coordinated through the UHR Professional Development Program:

• If a workshop is cancelled in advance due to anticipated inclement weather, individuals preregistered for a workshop will be notified via email and the office number listed in the Rutgers online directory.
• If a workshop is cancelled on the day it is scheduled due to inclement weather, a voice mail will be left at 732-932-3020, ext. 4070 as soon as the staff is made aware of the cancellation. If the workshop is to be held after 9:00 a.m., individuals preregistered for a workshop will be notified via email and the office number listed in the Rutgers online directory.
• If there is a late opening announced, we will cancel all sessions scheduled to start between 8:30 a.m. and noon.
• If the New Brunswick Campus is closed, all sessions will be cancelled and an announcement left on the main Professional Development voice mail.

Any changes in the workshop schedule will also be reflected on the Professional Development Calendar and the RU Online Calendar of Events.
