Assessment And Facilitation Services - Organizational Development And Leadership

The Rutgers Center for Organizational Development and Leadership is a resource to the university in its effort to create a culture of service, assessment, and continuing renewal. The center offers activities, resources, programs, articles, books, and papers on a range of topics that support strong leadership at Rutgers. The center assists departments in self-assessment, and in identifying and building faculty and staff consensus on current organizational strengths and improvement priorities.
