Training and Facilitation Services - Employment Equity

The Office of Employment Equity (OEE) can assist departments in addressing workplace equity issues by providing customized workshops on topics such as:

• Preventing workplace harassment
• Avoiding discrimination claims
• Responding to disability accommodation requests
• Creating a respectful workplace
• Valuing diversity and focusing on common goals

View a description of the workshops. Departmental leaders may request a custom workshop for faculty, staff, or student employees by calling 732-932-3020, ext. 4030 or by emailing OEE at least three weeks in advance.
