Workplace Problems - Information for Union Employees

An employee who perceives an incorrect or unfair action by his/her department regarding the terms and conditions of employment, or other provisions of their applicable collective agreement, should first contact his/her union representative(s) to discuss the matter.

An employee who perceives any instances of treatment that is unlawful or that violates University Policy should notify his/her supervisor and contact the appropriate unit of University Human Resources
