Contact Us - Office of Labor Relations
The Office of Labor Relations provides services to the Rutgers community in the context of labor relations between the university and its staff employees. Labor Relations staff also advise managers on issues regarding negotiation and interpretation of labor agreements, discipline, interpretation of university policy and state and federal laws including ethics, CEPA and whistleblower laws, and workplace violence.
