Learning and Development through University Human Resources
University Human Resources offers employees practical approaches to managing their work and careers. We tailor programs to meet the unique needs of university departments and provide resources for managers and supervisors. Programs are also geared towards new employees .We believe that through our collaborative training approaches, we can make a real difference at Rutgers.

Tuition Remission
Regularly appointed faculty and staff may qualify for tuition remission for themselves and their dependent children as long as they meet certain conditions. Find out more about this program and how you can take advantage of it.

Rutgers Continuous Education
The Division of Continuous Education & Outreach at Rutgers University provides programs and services to meet the needs of nontraditional students and working adults, including Off-Campus Programs and Online Courses.

The Center for Advancement of Teaching and Assessment Research (CAT)
Office of Staff Computer Literacy Training offers practical hands-on instruction in office personal computer technologies in a supportive atmosphere. Workshops are free to Rutgers employees. Some of the CAT workshop offerings include: MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Dreamweaver, and desktop publishing.

Benefit Seminars
UHR hosts seminars on such topics as Financial Planning, Debt Consolidation, Credit Fraud protection, Estate Planning, Smart Borrowing and Home Buying, plus many other topics. Seminars are offered on all three Rutgers campuses.
