RUconnection Card - Employee Information

All Employees
Please be prepared to present a form of government-issued photo identification (ID), such as a driver's license or passport, and any documentation as noted below. A paycheck stub is not a valid form of ID for proof of identity.

There is no cost to obtain an initial Faculty/Staff RUconnection Card. Lost or damaged cards are subject to a $15 replacement fee.

New Employee Orientation
If you attend the New Employee Welcome and Benefits Orientation through University Human Resources, you will have an opportunity to have your RUconnection Card issued during the program. The hiring manager in your department who enrolled you in the program will provide necessary information to University Human Resources regarding the issuing of your card.
