How to Get Here:
Campus Bus:
Take the B, GG, L or LX to Livingston Campus to the Quads on Road 3. Right in front of the bus stop, you will see Postal Plaza Road. Walk to the end of the road and you will see the UHR Training Center.
By Car:
From Cook/Douglass:
Take Route 18 North. Continue north, staying in the right hand lane towards "Metlars Lane/RAC". Turn right onto Avenue E and continue to end. Turn left onto Road 3. Turn right onto Postal Plaza Road. Turn left onto Road 1 and park in the lot in front of the Building 4086.
Alternate route:
Take Route 18 North to Rt. 27 east towards Highland Park. Turn left onto River Road. Turn Right onto Cedar Lane. Turn left onto Road 1 and continue to end. Turn right into the parking lot and park in the lot in front of the Building 4086.
From College Avenue:
Take Route 18 North. Continue north, staying in the right hand lane towards "Metlars Lane/RAC". Turn right onto Avenue E and continue to end. Turn left onto Road 3. Turn right onto Postal Plaza Road. Turn left onto Road 1 and park in the lot in front of the Building 4086.
Alternate Route:
Take George Street to Landing Lane Bridge. Turn right onto Landing Lane and continue to end. Turn right onto River Road. Turn left onto Rt. 18 North. Continue as above.
From Busch Campus:
Take Davidson Road and crossover bridge to Avenue E and continue to end. Turn left onto Road 3. Turn right onto Postal Plaza Road. Turn left onto Road 1 and park in the lot in front of the Building 4086.
Alternate Route:
Take Campus Road to Route 18 North. Stay in right hand lane towards "Metlars Lane/RAC". Turn right onto Avenue E and continue to end. Turn right onto Postal Plaza Road. Turn left onto Road 1 and park in the lot in front of the Building 4086
From The NJ Turnpike

Take exit 9 for New Brunswick – Rutgers University. Bear right after the tollbooths towards Route 18 North – Route 1. After the merger, keep to the left and get into the two left-most lanes to follow Route 18 North, NOT Route 1. Continue on Route 18 North, past exits for Route 27 – Princeton and George Street – Rutgers University. Continue north, staying in the right hand lane towards "Metlars Lane/RAC". Turn right onto Avenue E and continue to end. Turn left onto Road 3. Turn right onto Postal Plaza Road. Turn left onto Road 1 and park in the lot in front of the Building 4086.
From Interstate 287

Take exit 9 for Bound Brook – Highland Park. Take River Road east towards Highland Park (right at exit ramp if coming from the North, left if from South). The fifth traffic light will be the intersection of River Road and Route 18 North. Turn left into Route 18 North. Continue north staying in the right hand lane towards "Metlars Lane/RAC". Make a right onto Avenue E and continue to end. Turn left onto Road 3. Turn right onto Postal Plaza Road. Turn left onto Road 1 and park in the lot in front of the Building 4086.
From US Route 1
