Subject: Schedule for Non-Aligned Employee Salary Improvement Program

University Human Resources has finalized the implementation plan for the non-aligned employee salary increases announced by Vice President, Richard L. Edwards on December 1. The plan will provide for across-the-board increases in fiscal years 2011 and 2012, as well as merit based increases in 2013 and 2014. The merit based increases will utilize the performance based process used in previous years. In addition, eligible non-aligned employees on active payroll of December 9, 2011, will receive a onetime payment of $500 in their December 23, 2011 paycheck.
This chart provides details of the salary increases, as well as a schedule for implementation:
