Effective immediately, HCM Preparers will now be able to electronically submit access requests for individuals in their departments who will be responsible for entering absences into the PeopleSoft system.  

This change is intended to create a streamlined, efficient, paperless workflow, routing access requests to the appropriate approvers within the Dean’s or Senior Vice President’s office for each school or administrative unit.

Moving forward, paper requests for access to Absence Reporting in PeopleSoft will not be accepted.
