Yes, participants will be required to register with WageWorks via the WageWorks website. Please provide the most current email address, this will allow you access to receive up-to-date account activity statements, claim status information, and direct deposit reimbursements.
Effective September 18, 2012 the administration of the Unreimbursed Medical Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account will move to a new system supported by WageWorks. Employees enrolled in a FSA program will not have online access to their accounts during a ‘hold period’ scheduled between September 1 and September 18, 2012. This ‘hold period’ is needed in order to transfer your information, total balance and direct deposit information into the new system.
As of August 31, 2012, your current myFBMC Card will be deactivated and you may not use the card to pay for eligible health care expenses. Members will receive a new WageWorks® Health Care Card, which you may activate and start to use as of September 18, 2012.

Enrolled employees will have access to their new Wage Works account after September 18, 2012 via www.wageworks.com. The new system will reflect only your year to date information.

The last day to submit your claims to FBMC is Friday, August 31, 2012. Any claims received after this date will be held and sent to WageWorks for processing in the new system on September 18, 2012.
Yes, you will be able to review your FBMC account history and transactions until April 30, 2013.
If you are enrolled in a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and/or Unreimbursed Medical Spending Account for 2012 there will be no changes to your benefits. You will continue to save tax dollars with your FSAs accounts.
