The President’s Recognition Program
acknowledges the exceptional contributions of university
staff employees – as individuals and as members of teams
– in the areas of service and collaboration.
Each of the university’s 6,000 diverse
and dedicated staff members play a vital role in fulfilling
the university’s mission of education, research, and
public service to the citizens of our state. Staff
enthusiasm and commitment are indispensable and integral
to the life of the university. In all areas, on all
three campuses, staff members perform a vast array
of duties ensuring that the operations of the university
are carried out in a timely, courteous, and professional
manner. The President’s Recognition Program is the
university’s opportunity to honor outstanding
staff achievements worthy of distinction.
