Custom Training

	Our custom programs use a variety of activities that focus on creativity, teamwork, and communication.

Programs and services coordinated through the PDP can be individualized and delivered upon request to your unit, department, team, or group. If your professional development needs extend beyond the offerings listed, the PDP staff can develop a program to meet your specific requirements. We can help you assess your organization’s strengths and challenges in order to create training interventions to meet your unit’s goals. Customized programs can be delivered to any work unit at any location.

It is our desire to build a long-term relationship with your department, designing custom training that builds upon your organization’s knowledge base. We will work with you to:

	Build leadership at every level of your organization

	Create a service culture in your unit
	Enhance written and verbal communication from and among staff
	Encourage and support creativity

We request a minimum of 4 weeks advance notice on any customized training. However, we can only accommodate requests if the training schedule permits. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us early in your planning process.
