University Human Resources (UHR) has a contract with HigherEdJobs.com, a higher-education-focused job posting service. HigherEdJobs.com can help you reach a wide audience of potential candidates. On average, each month the site is visited more than 1.6 million times by faculty and staff searching for positions.

The Office of Employment Equity makes this service available to departments, free of charge, for all faculty and staff job postings. When posting the vacant position in the Applicant Tracking System, you will select the HigherEdJobs.com box during the last step. Once your position is has been reviewed by UHR, it will be posted on HigherEdJobs.com for one month.
