The New Jersey Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) is an association of educational institutions whose purpose is to promote awareness of employment opportunities for their participating members. The HERC web site gives you the ability to search for positions, create custom profiles, and sign up for email notifications of available opportunities in top New Jersey colleges and universities.
