Opened July of 2013, the University Human Resources (UHR) Service Center serves as the primary point of contact for faculty and staff members with questions. The UHR Service Center will be available to all faculty, staff, retirees, the general public, and student employees.

The Service Center is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Monday through Friday.  Due to the expected high call volume at the service center, we ask that faculty and staff reach out to their regular human resources representatives for assistance on issues not associated with the integration.

Employees interested in reaching out to the UHR Service Center should call the UHR main phone number - (848) 932-3020.  UHR questions will either be addressed directly by Service Center Staff or will be forwarded via the HDRT ticketing system to the appropriate functional area within UHR or the larger University community.

The UHR Service Center Staff will be able to assist employees at all campuses.  Employees are trained in processes and procedures, and will escalate calls as necessary to the appropriate campus HR representative for additional information.
