Workplace Culture seeks to foster a greater understanding of how individual culture, values, skills, and abilities influence our perspectives in order to create a holistic approach to identifying and resolving workplace issues. Pillars of Workplace Excellence

FSAP provides comprehensive counseling and referral services through its collaboration with other university and community agencies, promoting a supportive and harmonious workplace.
The OEE team supports the university’s commitment to prevent discrimination and advance equal employment opportunity. We offer accommodations, affirmative action and Title IX compliance, and investigative services.
The PEP team provides guidance on HR policies and non aligned personnel matters. We partner with the Office of University Labor Relations and HR Business Partners to ensure consistent practices.
The OTD team is responsible for the university’s staff employee development strategy building a culture of continuous learning, reflection, and professional growth.
Once fully launched, Workplace Culture will deliver an integrated total case management solution to conflict resolution and employee wellbeing with the goal of creating a respectful workplace and a culture of accountability.
