Grand Opening of the OneSource Rutgers Faculty and Staff Service Center

Dear Colleagues,

The wait is over! Today is the grand opening of the OneSource Rutgers Faculty and Staff Service Center (OneSource)!

OneSource is Rutgers’ new, best-in-class service center that provides human resources and payroll services to all faculty and staff in an efficient, simplified, and friendly manner. And we are ready to serve you!

What does OneSource offer you?

  • A single point of contact. When you call, a knowledgeable professional will assist you by providing accurate and up-to-date answers to your questions. You have the added convenience of calling one phone number, 732.745.SERV (7378), for end-to-end service resolution.
  • On-demand access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Policies, procedures, and forms are available on the OneSource self-service portal. You can access them whenever you need to find human resources and payroll information. Consistent and accurate information. You can browse an extensive collection of articles on the self-service portal. Articles include the latest information on topics such as leave administration, disability insurance, benefits, and payroll matters.
  • A clear view of your inquiry status. When you call, a OneSource staff member will open a ticket to start the process. You will receive email notifications to prompt you to take action when additional documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) is required to complete your request.

The focus is on you – the customer! We will check in with you periodically to ask how we’re doing and to ensure that we provide best-in-class service.

Phone: Call 732.745.SERV (7378) to speak with a customer service representative Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
OneSource Self-Service Portal: Access the OneSource self-service portal to initiate a request or read articles on human resources and payroll topics. Check out the OneSource Portal navigation video under ‘Resources’.
OneSource Website: Browse the OneSource website for updates on the service center, videos and leadership messages. Check out the first video series of Customer Insight Group (CIG) members! Go to ‘Our Journey,’ drop down menu ‘OneSource Benefits’.
