The Talent Acquisition unit provides guidance in the areas of recruitment and long-term human resources planning by leading a systematic and strategic talent acquisition strategy. They partner with hiring managers across the university to source, identify and retain high-quality talent for current and future hiring needs. They also provide consultative services and guidance in the areas of recruitment and retention while driving initiatives in employer branding and process improvement.

All offers of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of all pre-employment screenings. It is advised that the employee’s new hire paperwork is collected and submitted to HCM prior to the employee’s first day of work to create an easier onboarding experience and guarantee that the employee’s first paycheck is received in a timely manner.
