The Office of Employment Equity is responsible for monitoring Rutgers’ compliance with state and federal equal employment opportunity and affirmative action laws and regulations.
- OEE develops, implements and monitors the university’s affirmative action plans.
- OEE prepares and communicates with state and federal government agencies regarding compliance reviews and annual EEO reporting.
- OEE monitors recruitment and hiring in accordance with the university’s affirmative action plans.
- OEE fosters relationships with diversity sources and agencies and promotes the implementation of guidelines and practices designed to support diversity and inclusion.
