How do I access my compensation and benefits information online?
Employees may now access their current benefits and compensation information including pay and W-2 data in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll System (RIAS Phase III). As a result, of the availability of the personalized employee information in the HCM Payroll System, the Compensation and Benefits Statement is no longer available.
To access your benefits and compensation information, login to the RIAS Self-Service module by visiting:
