Provides services to the Rutgers community in the context of labor relations between the university and its staff employees.
Benefits
The University Human Resources Benefits unit administers the State Health Benefits Program including medical, dental, insurance, tax-savings, and retirement plans as well as work-life resources and programs.
Talent Management
The UHR Talent Management staff is available to assist departmental leaders and their units in a wide variety of human resource issues including staff classification and compensation for the university as well as advising managers on issues regarding interpretation of university policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and performance management issues.
