Completed performance evaluations must be provided to the appraised employee by the applicable due date and must be signed by the appraised employee and multiple levels of supervisors as required. Please retain copies of the performance appraisal for your records.

HOW TO SUBMIT: For employees in RBHS positions, completed and signed performance evaluations must be submitted to HCM via ServiceNow at HCM Personnel Transactions & General Inquiries. Select Request for Processing, and then select Performance Evaluation under Transaction Type.
