Responsible for significant contributions to planning strategies; works independently to meet objectives with minimal supervision. Performs professional work requiring detailed, specialized knowledge in one or several fields of accounting/finance; an in-depth understanding and application of concepts, theories, principles, practices, regulations, terminology, and applied bases in field of specialization; and a comprehensive knowledge of the organization as it relates to structure, operations, strategies, and objectives.

Knowledge and Experience

Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; and five years of related professional experience in a financial/accounting function in a leadership or managerial role of increasing responsibility. Also requires skills in planning and organizing, integrating information, making decisions, and attaining results; excellent communication skills; and computer literacy. Certain positions may require specific education, certification or licensure, an advanced degree with equivalent experience, or expertise in a specialty area.
